Duties:
Curate exhibitions from the collection and loans.
Assist associate curator.
Coordinate traveling and guest curated exhibitions.
Promote, coordinate and manager WAM touring exhibition program.
Manage exhibitions and program calendar.
Produce labels for collection and exhibition displays.
Work the associate curator and other staff on exhibitions and related adult programs
Work with other curators on special projects.
Reports to associate curator.
Entry-level curator of exhibitions and related programs. Minimum degree: MA or related terminal degree; PhD preferred. Expertise in early twentieth century American art or in ceramics. Interest and/or experience in conceiving and orchestrating exhibitions-related adult programs a plus.
