Springboard Fiscal Sponsorees must be organized as an entity (nonprofit, association or collective) and
not an individual artist. Sponsorees may
not
be for-profit organizations. Organizations must be arts-related and fit with the mission of Springboard for the Arts. Applications are approved
on an ongoing basis by the Executive Director and ratified monthly by our Board of Directors.

- Access to pro bono bylaw and articles of incorporation review from Fredrikson and Byron law firm; other pro bono/low cost legal services also available
- Free grant proposal review
- Your organization's money held in a separate account and available to you as needed (must have at least 24 hours notice)
- Letters of agreement for grant applications available as needed (must have at least 24 hours notice)
- All donors to your organization (individual and corporation/foundation) are issued gift acknowledgements from Springboard containing tax-deductibility information
- Listing and link on Springboard's website (over 80,000 visits per month)
- Annual Fiscal Sponsoree meeting to meet and learn from other emerging organizations
- Access to other low-cost Springboard services, including workshops, consultations, strategic planning and meeting room rental
Cost
$40 one-time application fee
7% administration fee on all donations and grants
