Springboard for the Arts' Organizational Services staff are available to consult with individual arts organizations on topics such as what to think about before you start a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization, the start-up process, getting and staying legal, building and strengthening a board of directors, audience development, human resource management, marketing, fundraising planning, how to research potential funders and write good grant proposals.
